Brooke Bennish (She/Her) is a New York-based, queer folk/rock singer songwriter who has recently performed at venues such as Rockwood Music Hall, Berlin, Brooklyn Music Kitchen, and Bushwick Public House.
Brooke’s music centers cutting, vulnerable lyrics, exploring the contrast of love and heartbreak, peace and disquiet, and the never-ending internal battle between optimism and cynicism. With her sound drawing inspiration from the likes of Brandi Carlisle, Fleetwood Mac, and Lady Gaga, she encourages listeners to tap into their big big feelings (and to wear a silly outfit while doing so, preferably).
