30 years after it’s release, the debut album by Edie Brickell & New Bohemians continues to amaze & inspire. Released in an era where pop, dance, and hair metal reigned supreme, this perfect morsel of folk, rock, poetry, improvisation, and magnificent musicianship simply had nothing to do with what was on the radio.
On this night a group of dedicated followers will faithfully perform the record from front to back, tapping into the romance, optimism, purity, and overall being-ness that infuses it’s each and every moment. If you love the album like we do we hope you can come and celebrate it with us. If you’ve never heard the album before, then here is your chance to fall in love in public.
