Caleb Tremayne is a vocalist and songwriter whose soulful sound refuses to stay neatly in one genre. Drawing from folk, pop, R&B, country, jazz, and the singer-songwriter tradition, his music pairs deeply personal storytelling with a voice shaped by a lifelong love of vocal expression.
A North Carolina native who got his start singing in church, Caleb later earned his master’s in contemporary performance from Berklee College of Music. His songwriting has grown increasingly introspective, exploring loss, uncertainty, hope, and the complicated spaces in between.
Sid Gold’s regulars may recognize Caleb from the piano bar’s musical theater singalongs, but this time he’s sharing a side of himself Nashville hasn’t heard nearly as much: his own words, his own melodies, and a collection of original songs written during some of his first years in the city.
